Turn key clients shopfit projects, both new build and refit sites.Undertake bespoke rollout projects across client estates.Coordinate Building Control / Local Authority approvals / landlord’s approvals ensuing full regulation compliance.Programming of projects including internal resource, outsourced manufacturing and sub contractors.Submission of quotes & final accounts, sales invoicing.Issue purchase orders and approval of purchase invoices.Management of cost and change variations.Coordinate both scheduled and reactive maintenance for clients.Prototyping & mock ups.Produce construction phase Health & Safety plan along with risk assessments and method statements.Ensure all operatives are compliant with our Health & Safety plan and all works are carried out in a safe manor complying with all regulations and law.Review, manage and monitor expenditure, site progress & finish quality.Management of supplier base.Investigate and foster early engagement with potential customers / maintain relations with existing customer base.Full measured surveys, full detailed working drawings.Asbestos awareness.
