Handled all tours for the data centers. Racked and cabled servers & switches along with configuration of out of band management. Documented and maintained inventory for infrastructure. Assisted in coordinating preventative maintenance on critical facilities, UPS, CRACs, and software deployments.

Provided support for time and attendance functionality along with time clock support to clients and Paycom client services. This included phone and email correspondence for physical time clocks and kiosks. Worked with sales reps to determine client needs and stand up new implementations. Worked on several projects with Raise3d and Makerbot 3D printers to design timeclock attachments and prototypes.
