Implementing and supporting a range of market-leading technology and software.Key ResponsibilitiesManage 75 accounts across the UKNegotiate with manufacturers, suppliers and logistics for better ratesWork closely with telesales to ensure they hit their targets of £6,000 per monthRelationship management with multiple contacts within an account to ensure retention and increase of profit within customerImplementing software solutions to allow documents to flow effectively within organisations Ensuring Microsoft Dynamic CRM is up to date with all points of contactIncrease sales and set up new accounts using contacts already establishedCreate monthly report to show return of investmentTraining of new staff with mentorship management style Build a solution in a presentable format Brief in the SOP team on the solution created for customer with equipment ordered, lease rate, admin and delivery ratesWorking with marketing to ensure the proposal is in a professional formatProject management of the installation of the final product and services Working directly with manufacturers such as Ricoh, Cannon and HP
