Vice President Corporate Quality & PMO Europe: April 2017 – To date• Reports to VP Global Quality & PMO in the US, with matrix responsibility to EU President also part of the EU board (16 EU, 1 Brazilian, manufacturing facilities + 4 design centres & headquarters).• Full Global / Regional document reviews & alignment to IATF16949 requirements. • Development of Z0DIAC – fully integrated Module software system development & roll out. - Document Management, CAPA & NCR, Audit modules completed and roll out in progress, 50% deployed in EU 8 facilities to date. Development of APQP module commenced.• Introduction of Global Document Structure – I-Net portal, development nearing completion, roll out next quarter.• Zero Defects – ‘Beyond the Banner’ – roll out continues with standard tools & processes being cascaded through the organisation (Stop Call Resolve, BIQ, Fast Response, to name a few) currently at 86% deployed.• PMO – Drive system standardisation / enhancements, Introduction of Exec review process on high risk programmes in strive for continuous improvement & flawless launch.• Achievements: PPM reduction, IATF transition / Certification, 100% successful, 19 plants accredited. All launches through end 2017 & 2018 achieved flawlessly.

Vice President Corporate Quality Europe: March 2016 – April 2017• Responsible for the central system development, quality performance of the plants & customer quality performance expectations. • Part of the European board reporting into the President of Europe, closely aligned with counterpart in North America striving for global standardization. • Restructured department to align to goals & objectives.• Driving for global procedures were possible & close alignment on regional procedures.• Development & start of deployment of ‘Zero Defects – It begins with me’ programme with vision to change the view of quality through all areas of the organisation (change of company ethos).

Vice President Programme Management Office (PMO): April 2012 – March 2016• Drive change & improvements into the Global programme management system• Introduce programme review procedure with senior management attendance – concentrating on high risk points on programmes• Audit system effectiveness & document upload quality.• Onsite engagement on major programme entering the launch phase • Coordinate four Directors & systems analyst to achieve maximum results.• Averaging 72 Major programmes across Europe, between the award & launch phases.Significant improvements during the period on launch success.
