I have designed/ customised nationally accredited qualifications ,primarily for clients at their workplace. Often I have trained and assessed using these designs to help the client with their organisational need. This has included Certificate IV Training and Assessment (All versions), The Diploma of Vocational Education and Training, Cert IV Leadership and Management courses and the Diploma of Management.Most of these training experiences are effectively projects that have a scope, certain deliverables and a review. Some of these during Covid were conducted online.In the past, I have also been teaching/assessing part of the Communications 2 program at Miller campus. This has involved primarily teaching migrants about job search strategies including resume writing and interview techniques. Through the same faculty, I facilitated the Graduate Certificate in Management Communication and co-facilitated the Certificate 3 in Government (and writing the assessment and workbook materials for a unit, that were used statewide in NSW). When the Diploma of VET and TDD was a new program in the South West Sydney Institute, I was co-responsible for it's initial uptake.This has included the design of learning materials and assessments,formulating course structure, conducting the training to effectively co-ordinating the program.Throughout 2017, I was part of a team that helped to get the TAE 16 onto the institute's scope ( South West Sydney).I have vast experience in Coaching/Mentoring staff ( including written manuals on the topics).I have been involved in programs to help new staff settle in ( involving proposed procedures and forms). My work with 3-AAA is primarily connected with traineeships (Training and Assessing primarily "Frontline Management"​ and "Business Admin"​ to clients at their workplace). I designed resources for "Frontline Management"​. This included assessments, learner and trainer guides.I also conduct traineeships (primarily FLM) to clients at their workplace.
