As a Guidewire PolicyCenter analyst:- followed the agile methodology, - acted as liaison between development and business users to to prioritize and plan tasks and write user stories and functional requirements- responsible for field mapping requirements for external vendor integrations- created database mapping and transformation rule documents for accounting/billing reports- wrote business process and system flow diagrams for the conversion process from legacy systems to Guidewire PolicyCenter / BillingCenter / ClaimCenter- assisted systems architect with defining backend system and daily batch process to import data- work closely with ODS analyst to ensure commission systems are set up correctly, and to - work closely with the multi-rater analyst to create mapping documents and to ensure the functionality between Guidewire PolicyCenter, the Mercury Multi-Rater layer, and the third party raters- work closely with the Forms analysts to create field mapping documents and forms triggers documentation- manage UAT process- create test cases and verify test plans created by QA
