Responsibilities included sourcing and completing tender and proposal opportunities, winning business for the Company.

I was responsible for managing the full tender process, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all submissions and tender opportunities are delivered, to the highest of quality, within the required timescales.Part of the team who won the 2016 Security and Fire Excellence Award.

I managed the PQQ and Tender process for the Company. In July 2014, SPIE Limited bought Scotshield Limited.

Supported the NHS AWP/AQP accreditation tender process for 34 hospitals in England worth approximately £75m.Created an indexed bid libraryBusiness Development role with non-private medical insurance business partners.

Managed a team responsible for the maintenance of the standing data on the company's software suite. Carried out PDR's, review meetings and ensured that the team were motivated and hard working.

Completed a Graduate Trainee Manager role and worked in 4 individual branches as Assistant Manager. My final position included running a fleet of some 400 vehicles for the long term rental branch of the company.
