Working as a Commissioner to oversee the roll out of 250 site conversions from Total to Shell. My responsibilities include supervising the tupe transfer of staff, engineering works and managing retailer relationships. My role is a regional role covering a huge geography covering from Newcastle to Dover.This roll out has an asset estimate of 1 Billion Dollars. My role also incorporates the extreme Health and safety elements, i.e. monitoring of daily NM/PI to ironing out and managing the overall complexities that this project brings to surface. This project involves multi-level planning to incorporate various stake holders with in the business and outside of the business. I have 6 direct reports reporting to me from CR functions, marketing, Legal, Property, Engineering and Fuel logistics with many in-direct reports.
