Documented knowledge based articles on a variety of Office 365 subjects for both the user and technical community. Use of PowerShell to help automate some processes and queries.- Delivered major technology upgrades, which included supporting the transition from Lotus Notes to Microsoft Office 365. Devised practical procedures and provided hands on and theoretical guidance to a number of engineers, to enable them to perform scripted migration requests.- Performed effective proactive system maintenance and support using documented change control procedures within the ITIL framework.- Produced Logical and Physical technical design documentation for clients. Worked in the IT management services department as a Cobol programmer and then moving onto working with Huron which was a 4GL program language that originated in the IBM 360 mainframe world in the early 1990s. This was later renamed and rebranded as Objectstar in the mid 1990s.
