• Reporting to and assisting the manager with regards the main duties of the organisation. • Organising and assigning specific duties to members of the workforce. • Organising strategic avenues to maximise sales to potential customers.• Dealing with members issues and assisting with any problem solving. • Reporting to the Managing Director on a monthly basis, with a detailed evaluation of the current status of the company • Dealing with high volume of people day-to-day and ensuring they enjoy their experiences in the centre.• Monitoring all stock control, ensuring all inventories are kept at required levels without being left with overstocking issues. • Drawing up marketing and sales proposals in order to keep the company up to date within the highly competitive market. • Deputising and implementing management decisions in the absence of the Manager.
