- Created the Wayne Hummer IT department in 1985. - Managed and was responsible for all of Wayne Hummer's software, hardware, phone, networking, and IT security needs. - Managed for regulatory oversight within the company as it related to information technologies. - Provided oversight as Wayne Hummer Companies’ security and business continuity coordinator. - Conceived, managed, assisted in developing, and implemented all phases of the company’s primary sales support and portfolio manager tool. - Developed and presented the security training program for all Wayne Hummer entities. - Served as a member of the firm's senior management committee since 2000. - Served on the Wintrust Information Technology Services (WITS) Board of Directors for 2004 and 2005.
