• A key Leadership role within the business, with direct reports (developers). • Taking the lead on web development strategy across all Ecrubox Digital clients - including but not limited to platform choices, User Experience, development roadmaps, competitor analysis and market research.• Ensuring the development and project teams are operating at a high standard and holding them to account for implementing strategies and advice.• Taking a lead role in regular client communications to keep them up-to-date with any in-market and/or industry changes and opportunities. • Responsible for overseeing the creation and improvement of all client monthly reports, including sign off on reports and ensuring we are sharing relevant information tailored to each clients’ objectives and needs.• Act as a consultant across the entire business, both marketing and web development - consulting on User Experience and web development improvements, client and market trends and opportunities. • Ensuring clients’ billable hours are being completed each month and that we are constantly looking at ways to sell in additional work/hours and that the team is only completing work that is signed off by the client. • To forge strong relationships with current clients to win trust and build credibility – in particular, making an effort to work closely with each clients’ internal teams to understand their goals and objectives and to help build out creative and effective digital solutions.• Supporting the wider Senior Leadership Team in building the team and fostering a positive and encouraging working environment/office culture.• Leading on new client opportunities from a strategic perspective - pitch decks will be digital growth strategies with projections and budgets set out front and this role will lead on the research and development of the web development aspect of these proposals.

Following increased demand for the development of ecommerce strategies I decided to concentrate my energies on the development of websites and ecommerce integration using my experience as a seller, user and developer I am able to guide and assist clients to initiate or develop their own ecommerce marketplace. It all started when I became a contracted magento developer for Aurelia Skincare in 2017 which I did until April 2020. During my time at Aurelia Skincare, I introduced new shipping software to help speed up packing time, migrated them from Magento 1 to Magento 2, built internal IT architecture as well as maintaining and introducing new features to the website.While I was doing the contract for Aurelia Skincare I was approached to do other work but due to my commitments at Aurelia I said I couldn’t take it but I know some developers that can.
