The Improvement Analytics Unit is a partnership between NHS England and the Health Foundation that specialises in evaluating complex healthcare iniatives. I was seconded to the Health Foundation to work in the IAU as a Senior Data Analyst, where I conducted quantitative evaluations into the changing nature of primary care and NHS England's Virtual Ward's programme, using large-scale routinely-generated health datasets.

This project focused on decision making in neurology clinics. My role involved the quantitative and qualitative analysis of audio and video recordings of neurology consultations and accompanying survey data.
