CurrentAs the Project Manager for Nokia’s wireless Policy and Charging management products, I coordinated the delivery of multiple major and minor releases by accomplishing the followings;• Developing and documenting project delivery strategies that respected the wishes of all stakeholders; • Collaborated with product management and Research and development managers in order to collectively define release content based on client requirements, resource capacity and stringent delivery schedules;• Documented and presented delivery plans based on corporate product life cycle milestones;• Collaboratively formulated risk and mitigation strategies • Chaired weekly status meetings with stakeholder spanning across the globe • Interacted with client account management in regards to product services, support and general new product introduction planning and coordination of network acceptance testing;• Collaborated closely with Project Management Office to develop new project management strategies;• Chaired; initiation, planning, execution, close out and lesson learnt meetings for upper management
