I’m a producer at The Walt Disney Company’s internal ad agency, Disney Yellow Shoes, where I lead national advertising campaigns for Disney Parks and Experiences. These experiences inform my approach to my current role at Disney – I’m able to manage different communication styles between marketing executives and crews and advise teams on production best practices to ensure each project is executed as smoothly as possible. I regularly partner with the creative team, account managers, Imagineers, and park personnel to brainstorm new production methodologies and technological solutions to create memorable, impactful content that meets Disney’s high brand standards. Additionally, I supervise junior producers, hundreds of freelancers, and third-party vendors. As a team leader, I am committed to building trust through mentorship, and I regularly provide shadowing opportunities for junior team members to learn the ropes on larger projects so they can grow in their careers.

I consistently work to push the boundaries of what’s possible in creative advertising. For example, I partnered with Disney's Imagineering to execute a 5 part interactive experience for the Disney Vacation Club Magic Door where a guest can ring a doorbell to open an animated door and enter a virtual tour. I also produced a campaign for the EPCOT Flower Garden festival, where I partnered with creative costuming to innovate and bring the iconic topiaries to life without using VFX and won an Addy Award for the spot.Other achievements include producing high-profile campaigns promoting Walt Disney World, Pandora, Star Wars, Disney’s newest cruise ship the Disney Wish, Disney Vacation Club, Aulani and the launch of EPCOT attractions Journey to Moana and the fireworks show, "Luminous." Additionally, I was selected as 1 of 12 representatives to produce elements for the grand opening of the Shanghai Disney Resort. I led international crews in Shanghai for 3 months and have had the opportunity to continue to shoot in Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Tokyo for special events. -
