Based nr Queenstown, New Zealand, I worked in a small where teamwork was very important to the day to day running of a skydiving dropzone. I was involved in a number of areas of the business. Day to day running of the dropzone, dealing with staff and organizing customers giving welcome and safety presentations to every group that arrived. Marketing our activity was another side to the job. Going out in person to promote NZSKYDIVE to town agents and coming up with new marketing campaigns such as starting up multi-activity deals with other local activity companies.Having a Graphic Design background I redesigned the company tri-fold brochure to bring it update and make the most of our amazing location imagery, designed new posted with promotions. Other areas I was involved in were Video Editing Skydive videos and photo editing.

Working in the Global Network Management team supporting the tools that monitors the network within EMEA region. Role is Network Management covering all areas but my specialised area is capacity monitoring of the JPMChase network. Data is gathered to compare retrieved stats against thresholds and statistical deviation from the norm and raise alerts when conditions are breached. I also designed internal websites to support Global capacity reporting and a website for ‘Global Network Management Tools’ used by teams across the globe.

Based in Whistler, BC, I worked in a small team designing, developing and printing a range of projects such as night club posters, flyers, catering menus and business cards. Utilizing software programs such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator

My role at Volkswagen was to develop and maintain the company Intranet for the Volkswagen Group, and to design/build web pages for departments on request within the five brands (Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, Skoda and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles). As Intranet Administrator, I developed the current Intranet in such a way that it has become a more useful tool to the employees. I had to research and find out what people wanted from the Intranet and what they liked about it, and build upon my findings. A new Intranet was launched in September 2002. Once launched I was the sole contact for loading all content that gave me full control of the Intranet. I was given full responsibility to manage it in the way I felt was most appropriate. This included the development of internal web sites that I felt would assist the employees of Volkswagen Group.
