Current IT Project management:• I am in charging all of the IT project management in hotel.• In 2019 first half, we have completed re-standard hotel IT system and network migration, include network switches re-configration and ADID migration• The migration project also include re-install PMS system, Finance system, HR system, F&B system, Inventory and purchasing system, invoice system, keycard system, telephone and voicemail syste, interface system, FP server and admin PC reinstall standard OS image• Generally ensure IT projects meet timeline, quality meet requirement and cost in control• Determines new projects and technologies initial setup fulfill hotel operation IT Operation management• Fully responsible for compliance with brand standard and IT policy. • Ensure all of hotel systems and IT equipment running in healthy states.• Assist guest with all related technology needs.• Ensure data backup jobs can be done with accurate and in time. • Managing operation budget and Capex plan. • Lead implementation of IT projects to ensure successful roll out of IT projects that support business growth. • Communicate and coordinate amongst IT teams, international and vendor partners. with technology needs and renovations. • Conduct periodic inventories of applications and hardware, in order to facilitate the hotel system operation, and also provides excellent customer service• Provides timely, accurate, and detailed status reports as requested,
