- With a team of two, responsible for transitioning Virgin Australia Regional Airlines (VARA) from their legacy flight planning system to the Sabre Flight Plan Manager (FPM) suite of applications.- Implemented full policy and procedure to support the complex nature of VARA's charter and scheduled operations in a challenging area of operations.- Review and develop all current policy and procedures to ensure best practice in the new system.- Provide post-cutover support to VARA Flight Operations Management and Flight Crew.- Facilitate multiple workshops and system demonstration presentations pre and post-cutover for all stakeholders.

- With a team of three, responsible for transitioning Virgin Australia's Flight Dispatch operations to the Sabre Flight Plan Manager (FPM) suite of applications.- Review and develop all current policy and procedures to ensure best practice in the new system.- Primary Flight Dispatch contact for all internal and external parties with respect to the FPM implementation project.- Redesign of company flight plan formats using XF Designer and Ecrion Rendering Server.- Determine and coordinate training requirements for Flight Dispatchers.
