I am the PK-12 principal. I am also the assistant athletic director.

My responsibilities have included teaching grade 12 college chemistry, 11-12 grade applied science and k-12 science specialist responsible for curriculum k-12 specific to science. Currently I teach grade 9 physical science, 11-12 grade chemistry, 12 grade physics and 11-12 grade college physics called Physics by Inquiry from the University of Minnesota.I have held leadership positions in the teacher's union including president, vice president, lead negotiator. Other leadership positions have included staff development committee, school improvement committee, teacher evaluation committee and others as well as assisting my principal.

I taught 9th grade physical science and 11th grade chemistry at John Marshall High School.

I was the K-12 Science Coordinator for Plainview Community School as well as a physics teacher. I was responsible for helping teachers incorporate science performance standards into their curriculum.

During my time at Winona Senior High School I taught 9th grade physical science and 11-12th grade physics. I was also the head coach for boys soccer 1993-1996 and head coach for girls soccer 1997-1999
