Managers work with numbers; leaders work with people. I have a masters degree in financial management, but my special area of expertise is working with people. Organizational cohesion, teamwork, common goals, organization climate and ethical decision-making are at least as important to success as mathematical algorisms. I can do the numbers thingy, but my specialty is getting all levels of complex organizations to share a common vision. I love working with organizations with challenges to improve climate and foster cohesion, and I am good at it.I love challenges and am good at achieving results. Income is decidedly unimportant to me.
