-Licenced with type 1 and type 6 regulated activities;-FCIS,FCS, FCPA, HKICPA;-Over 20 years practical experience with sound knowledge in relation to listing rules, accounting standard, treasury, corporate finance, taxation and regulatory requirements of capital market in Hong Kong and Mainland China;- Lead various M&A projects including corner stone investment, anchor investment and fund raising activities including issuance of bond, medium-term note, perpetual bond and project loan arrangements, - Tax planning for cross-border transactions and repatriate of profit to offshore entities;- Hands on various compliance matter such as white wash on share repurchase, connected transactions and convene of shareholders meetings ; - Solid experience in planning, supervising and completing business expansion assignments, including restructuring, spin-off, Initial Public Offerings (IPO), pre-IPO preparation, merger and acquisition transactions, setup of fund structure -Solid experience in financial management , including implementation of SAP and set up of internal rules; - Audit a number of clients including Education, SOE-energy companies, Manufacturing, MNCs and HK private companies
