He holds the position of Honorary Clinical Senior Lecturer at the University of Birmingham, Institute of Cardiovascular SciencesHe is a NIHR CRN National Speciality Lead for Cardiovascular, Chairs the Expert Working Group for Cardiovascular with the National Casemix Team, and is the Clinical Lead for the Centre for Rare Diseases at Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham.
