• Used Amazon AI tools to increase accuracy from slightly over 80% to 98%, saving up to 60 hours monthly of manual correction
• Made the tool available via a protected API, allowing several other internal finance and accounting systems access to the invoice data

• Designed a disaster recovery plan with the DevOps team, identifying a need to migrate its SaaS services to a new cloud provider while considering GDPR and environmental laws to best satisfy the customer base
• Identified and evaluated replacement cloud providers through research and thoroughly tested their services
• Used Terraform, Puppet, and OpenStack to develop a proof-of-concept code to showcase the utilization of the new service
