Known for being a keen negotiator, I am strategic and tactical, skilled in breaking down processes and presenting credible business cases that create efficiencies and exceptional customer experience. I coach my teams to value the voice of the customer and shift interactions from transaction to relational - creating partnerships with customers and suppliers.
