As a leading provider of medical billing services, solutions and consulting, Medbill Corporation specializes in Emergency Physician Billing, Medicaid Billing of School-Based Health Services, and Medicaid Administrative Outreach Claiming.As the Vice President and General Manager, I was responsible for overseeing a wide range of activities, including sales, marketing, claims processing, data entry, source coding, medical coding, archives, and distribution. I managed sales and account management offices in Michigan, Texas, and North Carolina, working closely with clients to facilitate problem-solving and troubleshooting.A significant part of my role involved researching and interpreting state and federal policies related to Medicaid and School-Based Health Services across the country. I worked closely with state and federal agencies on policy interpretations and updates for School-Based Health Service programs.In addition to managing operations and government relations, I also participated in marketing efforts to physicians, schools, and hospitals through various methods such as e-mail, cold calls, trade shows, and direct mail.
