My role is to manage key direct OEM accounts, converting potential and existing customers from competitor brands to IMO products, mostly large blue chip companies, working with the distributor network to help them grow the IMO business. Ensuring they are fully aware of the products and services available to them. Negotiating contracts and pricing structures, driving sales to meet targets, holding customer and distributor revues, working with customers to deliver on their KPIs. Manage a growing team of Area Sales Managers across the south.
