As the Senior CAD designer for Intermountain Electronics I am responsible for producing CAD designs, reviewing CAD plans and development of Standards for 4 different manufacturing facilities. I also play a role in project management tasks for the manufacturing process. As the Design & Construction Program Manager for Salt Lake City Public Utilities I was in charge of developing and managing the Design and CAD standards for projects that the City constructed. I also played a vital role in the QA/QC for public utilities as well. I managed and coordinated workload and processes for our Construction Inspection team. Including developing processes and procedures to help reduce overhead while still maintaining a quality of work that provided the best product for the citizens of SLC. Overall I managed a team of 14 outstanding individuals. As Senior Designer at Jones & DeMille Engineering I have worked on site grading projects, road design, pedestrian trail projects and utility projects. Work closely with project managers and engineers to produce design drawings for construction. As Senior Designer & IT Manager at Bowen Collins & Associates I worked on a multitude of projects ranging from water design to pedestrian trail designs. I worked closely with project managers to complete projects on time and within budget. I also managed the IT group and coordinated the needs of the company at the main office location and 5 satellite offices.
