Business development resource modelling. Existing contract health checks, expansion of central planning function into contracts without centralized planning.

Development of operational MI requirements for all business divisions for new MI system. Insurance department end-to-end planning cycle development and implementation.

Managed day-to-day operational requirements as liaison point for central planning function. Development of all client MI. Direct client interaction.

Development of client MI, maintenance of MI systems, development and implementation of all operational and client reporting requirements for complaints management system.
