I was responsible for the efficient co-ordination of Rolls-Royce strategic planning, implementation and roll out on a global basis. I managed the cost of retail process for all global sales regions and acted on behalf of the Director, Sales & Marketing in communication issues and numerous Sales & Marketing Projects.- Manage and coordinated the Cost of Retail programmes to support the sale of ~4,000 vehicles with a budget of €140m; roll-out of best practice to all regions and alignment with marketing initiatives.- Key contributor to the RRMC Strategy project in 2013, developing central and regional plans for future volume potential, this project has established the model for future growth within Rolls-Royce.- Responsible for the control of the Long Range Plan, detailing growth by model and region for all models.- Develop, negotiate and agree Rolls-Royce Sales Targets, including creation of next year’s production, wholesale and retail budget.- Manage a number of committees, with working groups developed for Regional Directors
