Paul would deliver a number of subjects from First Aid, Skill at arms to a high standard and out of 2 years at the college only loosing 2 recruits.Also he would be responsible for delivering, coaching and mentoring soldiers through 43 weeks of Army training ensuring they meet training requirements and teaching both military and life experiences
