I was a Founding Partner at Rampart Builders, which was formed in 2001 to provide General Construction services to the real estate development and property management industry. While our specialty was the construction of smaller multi-family apartment properties often located in secondary Texas markets we also built several commercial projects including; restaurants, medical facilities, senior living facilities, and office tenant improvement projects.

The Townsend Companies was a real estate acquisition and management company that acquired distressed properties and then repositioned those properties in the marketplace. I was responsible for evaluating how best to redeveloped the properties and then manage them though disposition.

The Paragon Group was a national real estate development company with seven major office in the US. I oversaw the design and construction of retail, office/warehouse, and office buildings for the Houston office.
