President of Essendon's Men's VFL Program from 2015-2024, representing the club to the league and offering leadership, guidance and support to administrators, coaches, players and staff.This role also included addressing and hosting club game day functions, public speaking to large crowds and ultimate sign-off on the club salary cap. Key to the role has been individual mentoring and support to players, coaches and staff to help bring a dverse group of individuals together.

As a sitting member of the Audit Risk and Integrity Committee my role was to assist the Board with its governance oversight responsibilities. Specifically the role and responsibilities included oversight of : - the preparation and integrity of the Club’s financial accounts and statements;- internal controls, policies and procedures that the Club uses to identify and manage businessrisks;- the Club’s insurance and risk management programs;- significant Club related regulatory and compliance issues, compliance with laws, AFL and otherrelevant regulations and the Club’s internal policies and procedures.This involved liaising and working with people from all areas of the club including players, coaches, club doctors, the Board, club CEO and other executive, external consultants, the AFL Integrity department leadership and staff, the AFL Chief Medical Officer and more to achieve best possible outcomes in governance and oversight for the Essendon Football Club. This role was particularly important in addressing and correcting key governance issues detected following the supplements saga, and helped take Essendon from the depths of the saga to an industry leader in this space.

Contract management of one of the busiest venues in the Mt Hotham ski resort during the winter ski season period. Role involved managing a large and diverse staff in an intense pressure filled environment with a view to bringing out the best of the staff in order to drive the venue forward following recent failure of previous ownership. Managing a wide range of cultures and personalities while reporting directly to ownership.
