Banksman & Slinger duties. Also when working on the Harding Jack-up I would go out with the HSE team on a daily basis. I have also worked in the shaker house, pump room and chemical mixing department. I was trained on the forklift, working at height, painted in the drilling package and worked on the drill floor as a Roughneck.

Working with cranes & supply vessles (good communications required) for offloading and back loading heavy equipment, dangerious goods etc. Used all typed of lifting equipment from canvas strops to pendants and everything in between. Making sure loads are secure for carriage. Moving drill pipe around the pipe deck and up to drill floor. Worked on drill floor, trained in man-rider, using equipment such as man-riding tugger and fall arrest harnesses. Used high pressure guns.
