Over the course of my career, I have been afforded the opportunity to broadly impact and innovate within the field of child, adolescent, and adult psychiatry as it relates to patient care, academics, clinical research, community education, and institutional and program leadership. 🔹 PATIENT CARE: My career is founded on a commitment to providing respected, evidence-based treatment for child and adolescent psychiatric disorders, developing innovative treatments and integrating effective service delivery models at leading institutions. 🔹 INSTITUTIONAL LEADERSHIP: Over the course of my career, I have served in diverse leadership roles during tenures with several prominent institutions. From these positions, I have developed a reputation for driving excellence across strategic, academic, operational, and financial domains.🔹 ACADEMIA: To expand the impact we as physicians can have on the treatment of psychiatric disorders, I will always be involved in educating and mentoring the next generation of child and adolescent psychiatry scholars and practitioners. As a Professor, Faculty Member and Researcher who has worked with several renowned institutions over the course of my career, I am proud of my role in shaping the education of students and providing mentorship to colleagues and future leaders. 🔹 CLINICAL RESEARCH, COMMUNITY EDUCATION & THOUGHT LEADERSHIP: Via active efforts in clinical studies, publications, community outreach efforts, and more, we can improve clinical treatment options and spur change for individuals impacted by mood disorders.
