As a Franchisee within Black Katz I oversee the ins & outs of my two offices by supporting, assisting and advising the teams there. I started the Crouch End office up in April 2002 & have progressed it into one of the leading letting agents in the area. After four years of building there Black Katz then offered me to take over the West Hampstead office to become the Franchisee, whereby I managed to move the office from the side road of Broadhurst Gardens up onto the busy High Street of West End Lane, to one of the best locations situated between all three major stations being the Jubilee Line tube, the Thameslink and the London Link train station, next door to Starbucks where the footfall is enormous !I work closely with my managers, bringing new business to the company, create positive outcomes & look out for our landlords who need help, advice or just someone to be there for them, likewise with tenants for their property requirements. I also help with the day to day running, training and support for the negotiators and all the advertising for the company.
