CurrentProvides leadership to the delivery arm for strategic projects and initiatives which support the Retail Leadership Team achieve their strategic goals.Act as a trusted partner for the Retail Leadership Team and also represent Retail in various forums across the organisation.Known by stakeholders as a business savvy partner who adds value through providing data-driven recommendations, taking accountability, influencing and delivering quality initiatives for the Retail division.Focus areas include; - Delivery of tactical and strategic initiatives,- Driving the sales channel development agenda, - Retail sales targets/KPIs/incentives - Identifying new sales lead opportunities. - Sales system support (Excel, Lead Management System, Salesforce.com, Business Objects, SAS EG)- Analytical Activities to evaluate results and generate insights
