Concession within Selfridges called TekZone selling Techonology. Meeting KPI's and managing a team of 7 whilst maintaining shop floor standards and completing day to day admin. Communicating with Selfridges and Tekzone management to ensure shop is kept at standards to please both. Driving sales as well as staff members well being.
