Transformational Capabilities: New IT Plan, Change and Run processes enabled by the platform to meet the needs of a large FS now and into the future.

Principal Architect working in Strategy, Architecture and Innovation. I have responsibility for all Operational Systems in Bank of Ireland - Products, Payments, Corporate & Treasury and Enterprise (ERP, HR, Risk) Capabilities and Solutions to support the Bank and Customers of the BOI.I am responsible for the development of Strategic Roadmaps for these capabilities aligned to the organisations objectives.
