Provide leadership and technical guidance to a team of 10 hourly partners. Assist with complex inquiries and questions across various systems. Directly provide an emphasis on timely and accurate check postings of $173M monthly. Responsible for researching incomplete payment advices to determine appropriate application and action. Improve rental accounting processes through innovation and productivity enhancements. Compile and measure team production metrics to validate and achieve high performance outcomes. Train and develop new Cash Application Partners to perform all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with existing corporate policies and procedures for relevance and provide input and suggestions on necessary updates. Provide excellent customer service to over 250 field locations responding to daily inquiries for check and posting updates.

Responsible for timely and accurate check postings from Fifth Third lockbox, EFTs, ICTs, credit cards and cash batches from money collected on route. Maintain detailed, supporting posting documents. Provide excellent customer service to field locations to support collection efforts.

Responsible for ordering and delivering various supplies for 9 departments. Create, maintain, and verify appropriate ordering documentation for monthly reconciliation; purchase orders, approvals, packing slips. Conduct regular pricing research to lower cost amongst departments. Build and maintain relationships with 8 primary vendors. Assist with asset audits and tracking.

Verify routes’ documentation in workflow system to catch errors or discrepancies in order to bill customers and pay carriers. Responsible for posting live checks, Fifth Third lockbox checks, ACH payments and wire transfers to appropriate customers’ accounts. Assist with collection efforts and maintaining employee sales commission logs. Assist with gathering audit documentation.

Responsible for ordering and stocking drug/general merchandise. Provide direction to 4 employees in the absence of department manager. Maintain a well, organized inventory stockroom. Provide excellent customer service.
