Delivering digital transformation, support and facilitation directly to 20 GP Practice groups over 5 PCNs in Sussex and team supporting all Practices in Sussex.Providing advice and support to Practices relating to clinical (SystmOne, EMIS) and linked digital systems commissioned by NHS Sussex.Subject Matter Expert on SMS products supported by NHS Sussex (Accurx, Mjog, iPlato) to my colleagues, and the GP Practices they support, across the whole of Sussex.Running digital drop-ins for ad-hoc queries on site in Practice and delivering ad-hoc and planned training to Practice staff at all levels.Support with Clinical System integrations and interoperability (i.e., a product that connects to or works alongside the clinical system. e.g. Online Consultations or GP Connect etc)Implementing change management for new products, services and ways of working.Supporting Practice staff with using Microsoft products, including Teams.Technical lead on Power BI for the digital facilitation team, developing multifaceted reporting dashboards with data from multiple NHS sources.

Management:Managing, leading and empowering the technical team over two sites to deliver outstanding customer service and support to the myriad of centre users every day of the week. Project managing multiple software development streams, including system design, user experience optimisation, debugging and documentation.Technical: Covering all technical support aspects for the medical education centres (and often the larger hospital too) - client devices, BYOD, networking, projectors, display screens, video conferencing systems (hardware and software), audio equipment, videography (production, filming and editing), presentations, posters, websites, advanced MS office, documentation and much more.

Desktop engineer - repairing/upgrading/diagnosing faults on PCs in (and related to) Worthing PGMCAV Specialist, Medical Education - Covering all Audio Visual aspects for Worthing PGMC and often Worthing hospital - installing / supporting / fixing projectors, audio, video, presentation, posters, display screens, editing videos etc

Building from scratch, configuring and installing PC upgrades in line with the NPfIT minimum specification for PCs. Transferring settings and software to new PCs from old. Maintaining logs.
