I oversee all legal, compliance, IT, risk and information governance matters as Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of Summit Behavioral Healthcare, a portfolio company of Patient Square Capital, where I also serve on the Executive Leadership Team. In previous Chief Legal Officer roles at Rite Aid (NYSE: RAD) and LifePoint Health (NASDAQ: LPNT), I built, led and was responsible for Corporate Governance, Development (M&A), ESG, Government Affairs, Privacy, ERM, and Internal Audit departments, in addition to Legal and serving as Corporate Secretary. I also served on the executive leadership teams of those companies and directly advised their boards of directors.
