Accountable/responsible for end to end application maintenance and development service delivery, customer satisfaction, financial performance, and application growth for global application outsourcing services. Included oversight of numerous and diverse portfolios aligned with Oracle and Sun Business and IT functions including Case Management and Telephony, Customer Relationship Management, Hardware Engineering, Business Intelligence, Identity Management, Messaging Services, Web Services, Employee Productivity, Application Infrastructure, and Software Problem Management. Managed total staff of up to 150+ resources distributed globally.

Senior Mgr - CSC - Sun Microsystems Inc., Broomfield, CO – Mr. Harrison co-managed transition of Sun’s IT Application Services to CSC’s Global Outsourcing Services involving the transfer of over 600 applications to CSC “ownership”, which included migrating 50% of the application maintenance/development functions to CSC’s offshore service centers. Program Mgr - CSC - Sun Microsystems Inc. - Managed GSA Corrective Action Project. Mr. Harrison coordinated effort across all lines of business (Products, Client Solutions, Support Services, and Education Services) to develop and report information required to meet GSA requirements associated with agreements management, quoting, booking, ordering, invoicing and reporting. Defined, developed and performed the responsibilities necessary to conduct business with offshore entities in order to meet an increasing client demand for lower cost application solutions. Responsible for the development of detailed documentation verifying compliance with all U.S. Dept. of Commerce, Export Administration Regulations Senior Mgr/Operations Mgr - CSC - Chemical Group, Golden, CO remote software development center (SDC). Senior manager on-site in Golden, CO managing a group of approximately 35 - 40 professionals providing remote application development/maintenance support for DuPont IT application outsourcing services. Senior Manager - (ALMRS Software Development Manager) Civil Group, Golden, CO. Managed a group of up to 90 contract and subcontractor personnel in support of the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Automated Land and Mineral Records System (ALMRS) modernization project.

GIS Division, Ft. Collins, CO. GIS Division specialized in GIS Data Conversion and Remote Sensing/Image Processing Services. Mr. Harrison was the Senior Manager on-site with 25 - 40 professional and technical personnel supporting multiple GIS and remote sensing services contracts with federal, state and local governments, and private sector concerns.Computer Mapping Division, Ft. Collins, CO. Computer Mapping Division specialized in GIS data conversion services including photointerpretation, cartographic data transfer, map digitizing, scanning, and data base conversion. Mr. Harrison was the Senior Manager on-site with 20 - 30 technical personnel providing contract services to numerous federal, sate, and local government agencies. Example clients: USFS, USGS, BIA, BLM, F&WS, DOE, DMA, FL Dept. Natural Resources, FL Water Management Districts, Arlington (VA) County, City of Aurora, CO. He was responsible for the overall management of the Division including all marketing and business development activity; program development; financial planning, management and reporting; project management; personnel management and supervision. He was the single point of contact for all client interfacesProgram Manager - U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Operations, National Wetlands Research Center (NWRC), Slidell, Louisiana. Concurrent with Division Management responsibilities described above, Mr. Harrison acted as Program Manager for NWRC on-site technical support services during contract start-up period.Program Manager - U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Western Energy and Land Use Team (WELUT), Ft.
