Paul Manca’s practice encompasses a wide variety of corporate and securities matters for U.S. domestic and multinational companies in a variety of industries, including life sciences, energy, real estate and financial institutions. Paul has 30 years of experience counseling clients, including boards of directors and special committees, on complex corporate and securities transactions and other business-related matters. Paul regularly represents clients on domestic and cross-border transactions, including public and private mergers, stock and asset acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, and other strategic alliances.Paul has served in a number of leadership roles within Hogan Lovells, most recently as Head of Corporate and Finance for the Americas Region. Paul also represents issuers and investors in capital raising and financing transactions, including public and private offerings of debt and equity securities and other strategic investments. In addition, Paul has substantial experience negotiating complex commercial contracts and other collaboration arrangements.
