Service campaign on Burbo Bank and Aberdeen

Employed at unifrax as a maintenace technician,working on a four on four off roatation, two twelve hour day shifts then two twelve hour night shifts pattern. Responsibilities include working in a team to repair and fault find on mechanical and electrical break downs on plant machininery.Carring out planned service checks on machines,generators and oil changes.Working with siemens plc systems for all commissioing features of manufacturing plant machinary.

March 2004-August 2012 McDonald Humphrey AutomatioAt mcdonald humphrey automation I was employed as hv cable jointers mate. I worked at two car plants, vauxhall eIlesmere port and also jaguar solihull.I would work in teams install hv cables and repair all electrical and mechanical machinery . As a cable jointers mate I would be pulling and stripping wired armed cables ready for termination and assisting cable jointers on all aspects of cables up to 11kv .Working in a team to find cable faults and assisting in cable and jointing testing. In this role I would make sure all work was carried out was within the health and safety regulations.
