Numerical solution of nonlinear partial differential equations using Physics Informed Neural Networks (PINN), a new numerical solution method based on artificial neural networks (deep learning).Application as a Riemann solver for hyperbolic scalar conservation law, test in the case of the one-dimensional Burgers equation. Test in the case of weak entropic solutions (Inclusion of entropy inequalities, introduction of an artificial viscosity...).The numerical solution of hyperbolic systems of conservation law is essential in the modeling of fluid behaviors governed by Euler's equations or magnetohydrodynamics (MHD) for example. The Burgers equation is important in the treatment of discontinuous solutions such as shocks. The study of shocks is relatively important in supersonic and hypersonic aerodynamics or in Astrophysics in the study of relativistic jets, supernova remnants and other phenomena of the most energetic in the universe, whose internal shocks are known as particle accelerators.
