Lead cross-functional team of 15 -20 Enrollment Advisors (Direct Reports), Enrollment Specialists and Tuition Planner in Daily Admissions functions utilizing Transformational Leadership methods. • Perform all Administrative, Evaluation and Performance Management responsibilities. • Continually coach and train Enrollment Advising team members using recorded call coaching, lead base management, and program knowledge to increase performance to goal• Communicate all new and upcoming systems, policy, and academic changes for Enrollment Team• Liaison for the School of Education (SOE) to communicate all new and upcoming strategic and tactical initiatives to all Admissions Leadership and all incoming team members.• Actively participate in cross functional systemic and technology related problem solving sessions with Interdepartmental Staff and Floor Leadership for Policies Procedures and LMS integration. • Facilitate weekly Enrollment/Admissions Stitch In meetings.

Enroll and retain incoming graduate and undergraduate students for the Online Colleges of Education, Business and Technology and Liberal Arts for seven different fully accredited online universities. • Contact, Counsel and Enroll incoming students into appropriate degree programs and point of entry courses for various partnering universities. • Train incoming Enrollment Counselors on existing and incoming partnering university programs

Enroll and retain incoming graduate and undergraduate students for the Online Colleges of Business and Technology.• Contact, Counsel and Enroll students into appropriate degree programs and point of entry courses. • Advise students both technically and academically through undergraduate/graduate level coursework.
