As a member of the UC Davis Undergraduate Education Experiential Learning Hub, Paul administers the Quarter at Aggie Square program at UC Davis, including program and experience production, student and volunteer services, application management, marketing and communications, and student staffing.

As the assistant director of programs, directs special interest and affiliate networks and programming, provided strategic planning and support to boost our alumni groups and oversees alumni initiatives in the Southern California region. Oversee diversity efforts for Alumni and Affiliate Relations and the Cal Aggie Alumni Association, including the management of the CAAA DEI Committee, directing the award winning Affinity Network Diversity Digest, and collaborating as the liaison with the UC Davis Office of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion and University of California Office of the President.

Oversee digital marketing and communications education in Graduate Students for 100+ graduate programs across UC Davis and UC Davis Health to improve user experience and raise virtual engagement among multiple communication channels. Work with faculty and staff to build tools that support the journey from prospective students to alumni.

The Graduate Student Senate (GSS) exists to represent, lead, and unify the Associated Graduate Students of the University of San Francisco (AGSUSF), to achieve the betterment of the students in their professional and social interests, and to promote the coordination of activities and events for the graduate student population.The GSS is committed to encouraging involvement with the University of San Francisco and to the advancement of graduate studies. In keeping with the Jesuit mission of the university, the GSS supports the development of the whole person ("cura personalis") by offering opportunities, services, and events that empower graduate students to become caring, socially-responsible leaders for the future.

Lead courses on How to Talk About Race, Race Theory and How to Facilitate Racially Just Spaces. Advance leaders and learners in multicultural education for consciousness raising, self-transformation, and community engagement.

Establish and teach workshops in nonprofit management, virtual friendraising, anticolonial and humanizing frames in nonprofit management and diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging in the volunteer sector. Develop marketing and educational tools in human rights education, volunteer management and racial justice for nonprofit leaders and volunteers.

Provide analytical support and leadership in the development of the Truth, Racial Healing and Transformation Center at UC Davis Health. As part of the Association of American Colleges and Universities and funding from the Rockefeller Foundation, serve as project manager to support the development and implementation of the TRHT framework and curriculum. Build partnerships on behalf of the program with community-based organizations, community agencies, community stakeholders and other TRHT-designated institutions. Provide day-to-day oversight and monitoring of program staff and interns, as well as designing, conducting and promoting evaluating and supporting programs in compliance with oganizational and institutional objectives. Serve as project manager/lead for outreach and engagement activities, including meeting and senior leadership, internal and external champions, funders, and other stakeholders, while overseeing planning, traning and implementation activities. The goal of AAC&U’s TRHT Campus Centers effort is to partner with higher education institutions to develop at least 150 self-sustaining, community-integrated Centers. AAC&U is currently collaborating with seventy-one institutions that are serving as host locations and are implementing visionary action plans with the shared goal of erasing barriers to equal treatment and opportunity on campuses, in our communities, and for our nation. The effort is centered around the pillars of the TRHT Framework: narrative change, racial healing and relationship building, separation, law, and economy.

Develop, produce, and manage all online webinars and Integrative Medicine Program videos and social media tools.
