During my time with STATS Group, my duties and responsibilities included new builds of company assets. Such as Control consoles, for providing interface with company tooling. Trackers, for tracking tools once launched in pipelines. As well as various sets of Cabling and Wiring looms. These assets would be returned to myself for maintenance, testing and repairs. All company assets had to be built in line with IPC soldering, Wiring and crimping standards. I was also responsible for testing the circuits to be used in the tools.Occasional projects would require me to assemble and test junction boxes, including the use of cable glands and more specialized cabling. During my time at STATS, I also learned the fundamentals of pressure testing, and working with small bore tubing

During my time with Halliburton, my duties and responsibilities included maintenance and repairs of Mechanical sections of Wireline oil tools. This involved disassembly, cleaning and inspection of parts, changing seals, re-assembly, testing and oil filling tools. My role also included reading mechanical drawings, as well as keeping accurate maintenance records. This involved maintenance reports, failure reports, repair information and spare parts ordered and consumed.During my time at Halliburton I became a first aider.

During my time with Schlumberger, my duties and responsibilities included maintenance, modification, Fault finding and repairs of the surface acquisition systems and electronic sections of Wireline oil tools. This also involved learning and understanding the workings of these systems. I also have experience of working offshore, being on call and keeping accurate maintenance records. This involved maintenance reports, failure reports, fault finding measures, repair information and spare parts ordered and consumed.I was also responsible for attending meetings to share information with other departments, as well as the training and instruction of the company apprentices. This duty involved creating work plans in order to meet stringent deadlines, delegating tasks and ensuring work was done correctly, to company standard and that procedures were followed.In this time I also learned to troubleshoot and repair computers.
