Responsible for establishing and developing a 'Spend Analytics' and 'Spend Recovery' team within the ‘Procurement’ division of UK Government, using analytics to improve supply chain costs and efficiencies in the Public Sector. Identifying and recovering losses, reducing risk through enhanced processes, improving Contract Management and providing efficiency, insight and analysis of Supplier Spend for the public sector.
