About Paul Dee

As well as leading two high impact youth projects in Hertfordshire, both of which I set up, I offer consultancy in two areas: (1) youth, mental health and green projects (2) helping local authorities and others make the most of their allotment provision. I have 7 years experience working with local authorities, FE colleges and schools bringing new visions, ways of working and increased levels of engagement.This is backed by over 25 years experience in communication and change roles, including at senior level, focusing on internal and corporate communication and culture change.
